Please note these NEW DATES for pick up and receiving for Freehold Carnegie Library: Monday March 9, 7:15-8:30 pm and Tues March 10, 9:15-10:30 am


Dr. Eduardo Mungiello, Freehold fine artist, author and Art History professor will launch a lecture series at Freehold Art Gallery on Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 6-8. “Artists and Their Cities: The celebration of Everything and the Triumph of Nothing: Andy Warhol and New York 1956-1987” will be Lecture #1. Dr. Mungiello is an engaging, informative and often humorous speaker who brings clarity of vision to every lecture. Admission is $10 per person. Our next general meeting is on Tuesday, Jan 28 at 1:30 pm at Monmouth County Library Headquarters and will be a discussion of the Principles of Composition in Painting led by Jane Gavaghen and suitable for artists of all levels. Note this is a Tuesday. The meeting is open to the public and free, adults only. Space is limited to 20. *The Monmouth County Library provides meeting space as a community service. The Library neither sponsors nor endorses this speaker, organization or event. Please park in the back.


Upcoming shows include Monday June 1, 10 am receiving at Monmouth County Library. Bring your best work. Let us know if you are unable to make the date/time and we’ll make arrangements with you to submit your work earlier. Registration will open shortly. Our art expo at Olde Freehold Day at Lake Topanemus is confirmed, and we will advise date and theme shortly.
