Fantastic Fall 2026 Schedule of Events

Goodbye, Summer of Fun. Hello, Fantastic Fall!

Joe Reilly’s Solo Show has been extended. by popular demand. Enjoy his breathtaking collection until Sept 26 at the Freehold Boro Library.

Freehold Boro Library Art Show Receiving is scheduled for Monday, Sept 28, 7-8:30pm and Tuesday, Sept 29, 9:30-11 am. Please check our helpful Framing Guidelines before submitting your work. Open to members only.

Our next General Meetings are set for Sept 22 and Nov 17, led by multi talented artists Mary Caruso Albert and Nancy Pitcher, respectively, at the Elks Lodge 6:30-8:00 pm. Thanks Elks! Free and Open to the Public.

The FAS is particpating in The Freehold Borough Arts Council’s Annual Craft Show, Saturday Dec 5 at Park Ave Elementary School, 280 Park Ave, 07728. Members are welcome to show 1-2 small pieces or crafts for sale. Bring your work 10:30-11. The show runs from 11-4. Pick up is 4- 4:30. Volunteers needed to table sit for 2 hours with other FAS members.

Summer of Fun 2026 Highlights

The winners of our Olde Freehold Art Day juried art contest are Melissa Garfinkle, MIchael Petrizzo and Jane Gav.

Thanks to the donations by artists Leslie Daily and Jane Gavaghen, the Lake Topanesmus Committee raised over $300 on raffle tickets for their paintings.

A Monthlong Celebration of Artist Joseph Reilly

Meet the Artist, July 29, 6:30–8:30 PM

The Freehold Art Society is proud to present the artwork of member Joseph Reilly, an accomplished painter known for his expressive style and compelling use of color.

Beginning July 1 at the Freehold Boro Library, 28 1/2 Main Street, visitors are invited to enjoy a monthlong exhibition showcasing Joe’s body of work and the artistry that makes him such a valued member of our creative community.
